Chase will be a great player, but they may still be right. Their line is atrocious.

Stop hating! He's off to a slow start. I bet you couldn't wait to run here and pound your chest about him quiting to make yourself feel better. Enjoy the moment while it lasts. He's going to turn it around and put up numbers close to what Jefferson did last year. Then you'll still try to find something to complain about. I bet you were one of those claiming he "hurt" his draft stock by not playing. He proved you wrong and still was the first WR taken. He worked his butt off and became the BEST wide receiver in college and led us to a national championship. What the F else do you want from him???

The 49ers, fresh off a victory in Super Bowl XIX, were 6-5 and fighting for their playoff lives. Joe Montana's passing numbers were off. Rice, the team's top draft pick, had 26 receptions in 11 games, but he also dropped 10 balls, some of them at the worst possible times. He was coming off a game in which he dropped two passes, fumbled once, and caught just one pass. Niners fans booed the rookie; local columnists made him the butt of jokes.

The second drop he had would have resulted in a concussion probably. Kinda glad he dropped it in a pre season game. Devonta smith had the same start.
In his first pre season game he only had 1 target and caught a screen for like 10 yards the drops were the second game. The first was a terrible pass too

Chase will produce if Burrow has enough time to throw.

He's going to have a great year

Oh boy y’all couldn’t wait for this to justify all the crap y’all spewed over this kid opting out. Recruits pay attention to the fans with this selective support.

Yeah I really shite all over him. I hope the recruits are paying attention to what’s hope being to Chase right now. He’s now in his head and struggling and he himself is blaming it on missing the year.

I love the player and I’m very grateful for what he did but the bengals didn’t draft you top 5 for you to take your time getting right and shaking off rust.
Moral of the story- don’t quit. You’re a ball player. Play ball.

Agree but the Bengals top draft picks in the past haven't been worth much of a shite anyway. I'm sure they're pretty used to it.

He should tell TM he shouldn’t be doing so good so fast

He was getting destroyed on sports talk radio today. Weird that honesty is considered crap.

If he starts playing poorly when the real games start, then it will be concerning.

If he weren't a high draft pick, he might not make the team. That's how badly he's looked in camp.

I think he'll have a solid career. I think he's behind Marshall and JJ when they came out though. Probably will not light the league on fire this year.

Chase's decision to do with his life what he wants. So like I said if not playing last year impacts his football productivity this year, that is on him.
I don't believe Chase leaving early affected the outcome of any game.
Our two biggest wins were after all the "quitters" had left.
Next man up! Boutte says hello.
