Wonder how long it will take all of those "media" outlets to publicly retract their stories. The ones I read were all pretty condemning.

This is getting old.... every year there is some scandal with one or more of our football team members. I say that we need to let these guys go to another non BCS school and finish their careers. The distraction caused by these players is worse than the on the field loss of their skills.
you're never going to be able to prevent a couple of incidents a year from happening with any group of 100 kids in that age group. it just isn't realistic. LSU does as good a job as anyone else at holding their players accountable for their actions. And you can't just throw a guy's life in the gutter if he has a screwup in college. Other students are not treated nearly as harshly as many on here advocate for the athletes. If they habitually screw up like Perrilloux and Mathieu or have major felonies like Larry Foster in Cecil Collins, then yeah. But so many people in here are so irrational.

I didn't see any ones that were unfair (at the time). Simply reporting the fact that he was arrested and charged and recounted the alleged victims story. I'd like to see some do follow ups including Mills' side of the story and the updates re: the third party, though.

they wont, ESPN and others would never issue an apology for being arse clowns.

I have a family member in law enforcement that often give me the inside scoop on this kind of stuff, that's all.
so your family member in law enforcement is breaking the law by disclosing non-public information to you concerning cases in progress. good thing he has a relative like you that conveys that information to a public internet forum

What did you really expect from Guilbeau?
I'd be shocked if he DIDN'T take that stance.

It's actually comical to read the comments people on here throw out without actually knowing him or knowing the situation

glenn looks like a drag queen and acts like one.

Oh it's no surprise. His smugness is often times hard to ignore. I have a weakness.

I hate GG. Hope this is true.

LSU should go ahead and black list glenn

Guilbeau knows when the incident occurred, yet he leaves out when the investigation began. Which could have been as late as the 29th.

so you were "close" to the situation too?
How close? Were you there for the cold cock, the knock, or any of it?

Guilbeau is such an obtuse a-hole when it comes to the football program. He treats Paul Mainieri and the baseball program the complete opposite.

i'm most annoyed by the "hard arse" who think players should be kicked off the team and out of school at the first hint of anything and the people that have no idea how the legal system works but don't let that get in their way of telling everyone how the case will/should proceed.
