We will see how it works for O as listening to his comments sounds like he is hyping it up a good bit

We are legit the only team that matches them physically most years and he's acting like they've beat us by 45 six times in a row.

For whatever reason, arrogance gets under my skin more than anything else and I feel like he's not being calm and collected or taking everything one game at a time, he's being dismissive of LSU.

Yes I'm offended. This thread wouldn't exist if I wasn't offended.

It really bothers me in the same light as Coach mac bothers me. He has this arrogance that he's better than he really is. You put Hurts on ANY other team where he will be forced to throw the ball to win a few times a year and he's a 3 or 4 loss per year QB.

If he was right, then why would his comments be so far from every other player?

Why would OJ Howard compare playing in the NFL to playing against LSU every week if Bama didn't think we were a worthy opponent.

Wrong. Grammar Nazi Failure.

Per APA Style, the answer is that the possessive of a singular name is formed by adding an apostrophe and an s, even when the name ends in s(see p. 96 in the sixth edition of the Publication Manual). Therefore, in the example above ("Adams"), the correct usage would be “Adams's

This could mean nothing at all. But it could also be significant. The QB is the most important player on the offense. If he has a bad game because he didn't prepare well enough due to taking us lightly, that could really play big into our hands. A couple poor throws into coverage could really turn this game around. Thats basically how we beat UF in 97. I think Doug Johnson threw 3 ints that game.

You could make that argument about damn near any QB in CFB right now.

You are grasping at straws with this "Hurts should respect LSU more" narrative.

Until we break the streak they have every right to be arrogant or dismissive of LSU.

That being said, there is a reason Bama schedules their bye week before LSU every year.

That's one player.

Tim William's put LSU on blast earlier this year when he said that they basically knew what LSU was going to do offensively and it became a joke to play them.

Alabama doesn't need to respect LSU. Frankly we haven't been relevant enough for them to worry about us.
