Shouldn't Todd Kitchen or David LaFLeur have a collage aged kid by now?

Thinking of Brian Kinchen? Also, Mitch Andrews or Malcolm Scott or Greg LaFleur. We had some TEs in the day!

I heard he was homeless. He sure looked good in that 1982 win over Bear Bryant.

He, like so many other TE's got lost in the Miles Triangle where highly athletic and skilled players are never heard from again. The last few years of his tenure, how many times did Miles throw to the TE? Not many. They didn't even throw to the RB much.

Jacory plays as the second TE most of the time. Not a lot of balls goto the TE period much less the second string.

Yeah but Racey McMath had two catches in one game as the second TE and Washington has one catch his whole LSU career. Strange

He could have switched to DEnd. The kid must be pretty bad for him not to get any PT. Kids from that area of the state seem to be overrated.

Jacory was schedule to visit Alabama the week before signing day and stood them up and came to BR to help recruit, at Ensminger and Cameron’s request. This in itself is a reason to admire him. He’s been a good student and teammate and never an inkling of troubke from this young man.
It’s unfortunate that he was lied to. He was recruited to be the seam route and deep threat from the TE position, which, to this day is no part of the LSU offense. Even after this, he doesn’t complain and bleeds purple and gold. Miss Yolanda and Gerard have raised a wonderful young man who will be successful in life. Hopefully he gets his chance soon.

Remember on the recruiting board when Rettig to Smith was the next Brady to Gronk?

Am I missing something? When was Racey ever switched to the TE position? People were saying it during that game and people are saying it in this thread. He was never listed as a TE, and I've never even heard of a position change.

I had a class with him and we were grouped together for a project we had to do towards the end of the semester. Really nice dude. Hate to see that he hasn’t done much on the field.

Jacory Washington
David Ducre
Ed Paris

Sometimes players don’t work out for one reason or another.

apparently for the Ole Miss game. I didn't watch the game, but there was a lotta chatter on here afterward.

I noticed him lined up at TE/ wing position for like 1 play last week vs UF.

It's insane that none of them measured up. All had elite level physical skill and measurables for their position, yet nothing happened.

Jacory was pretty impressive. Another one that I couldn't wait to see on the field.
