hen-Special Counsel Jack Smith's team secretly met at the CIA in late 2023 with former Director John Brennan to discuss "expert testimony" in the classified documents prosecution of President Donald Trump, and the FBI agents who attended the interview left blank their notes of what transpired, according to bombshell memos released Monday.
The autumn 2023 interaction with Smith's team occurred just months after Brennan testified before the House Judiciary Committee about the now-discredited Russia collusion case. Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, alleged in an October 2025 criminal referral to the Justice Department that Brennan's testimony was false.
FBI Did Not Take Notes When Jack Smith Met With CIA Chief Brennan!!

Made me sick to my stomach watching video (reddit over weekend) of Jack Smith at a public event, being treated like a national hero by other leftists. All of this, from the party who used to hate government overreach, invasion of privacy, etc.
How we have fallen.
How we have fallen.

Not a good look for anyone involved. shite like this tends to make people think that, oh, I don’t know…maybe they have something to hide?

care about none of this unless he is disbarred and criminally prosecuted
This is my opinion. NOT that I don't think Smith should be prosecuted.
New management has controlled the DOJ for 19 months. If there is evidence of criminality, what's the holdup on prosecution of Smith?
Is this just political talk to fire up the base? Free beer tomorrow?
I STILL don't understand why Liz Cheney hasn't been prosecuted for the witness tampering she admitted during her bogus J6 shenanigans.

Smith is licensed only by New York. Most bar associations (even in red states) are notoriously liberal.
ZERO chance that New York disbars anyone for ANYTHING done to Trump.

NOTE: Former Senior FBI agent says it looks like a classic FBI "tickle the wire" operation.
After FBI agents contact Wiles, the bureau tracks phone calls to identify who she immediately contacts
"On 10 April 2023, FBI WFO (Washington Field Office) reviewed WILES's telephonic activity to determine contacts of interest on the date of her FBI interview."

Trump Probe: Approval Came From The TOP
- FBI, Biden DOJ Leadership
- Then FBI Director Wray Initials memo, Deputy AG Lisa Monaco initials, with note to then Attorney General Garland:
"Merrick, I recommend you approve, Lisa 3/25/22"
While memo is heavily redacted, it reads in part:
"Although members of the 45th Presidential
administration are no longer in office, the DOJ Memo states that the scope of this policy should be broadly construed to ensure that Department leadership is made aware of the opening of matters that could potentially be disruptive to the democratic process if publicly disclosed prior
to an election...."

BoarEd, that appears to be evidence of criminality. Why do you think they are releasing that evidence without any visible prosecution?
For how long has the Trump DOJ sat on that evidence?
For how long has the Trump DOJ sat on that evidence?

So why did they dismiss it without prejudice with all the “evidence”

As soon as you can discuss this issue:

FBI field agents wrote that they did NOT believe there was probable cause for the Mar-a-Lago raid, but DOJ pushed ahead anyway ??
as to how it relates to the story AND how it was handled during litigation.

and Smith should be prosecuted.
What law did he break based on this reveal?

Because Trump was elected and it's DOJ policy.

Ignore the without prejudice part.

Backdooring his spying on the president should give all concern.

All of these types of activities will fit quite nicely in the Grand Conspiracy case(s).

Is a warrant even needeed?

In Smith v. Maryland, the United States Supreme Court held that installation and use of a pen register by a telephone company does not constitute a “search” within the context of the Fourth Amendment. The Court distinguished pen registers from listening devices because pen registers “do not acquire the contents of communications.” Therefore, the telephone numbers obtained through the pen register were properly introduced as evidence in this case even though the pen register was installed without a search warrant.
Also, you can ask Michael Cohen about how what you said is not an absolute standard.

Bingo. All the “evidence” is illegal bullshite gathered to prosecute if they would’ve won. They know it isn’t legal aka dismissed without prejudice.
