I agree with him. You very clearly aren't a high level thinker. Whether lsu wins or loses won't change that fact.

"All LSU needs to do is get an offense"
"LSU is one QB away from being in the championship race"
"If they would just open it up and use their talent they can hang with anyone"
How often, over many years... MANY, have we heard people say such things.
Well, guess what... we finally did.
So why are we optimistic? If they were right then we did that one thing.
For the record, 'they' or many of them were right all along. Some of them even ahead of the curve a little bit. They were right about the decline, they were right about our weaknesses, they were right about many (not all) things.
They were wrong about one thing- that Orgeron wasn't going to be the man to do what the others wouldn't, or couldn't, do and that is change the offense with a QB that could run it.
Check item #1 off a list of 1 items. We're here. Now we just have to get it done.

But seriously, how did you come up with that screen name?
Are you from Arizona?
Is Kiger a combination of something that begins with K and Tiger?
Help us out.

We have never once seen an LSU offense this good, EVER! Not just the last 10 years, ever. With a Heisman level QB at the helm, tons of skill position talent like we always have, and a young and bright offensive mind. This team is entirely different from anything Saban’s Bama teams have seen from us.
What’s more, Bama’s D is not what they usually are. The teams are very similar in many ways and both are going to score here. I expect a shootout which was unthinkable in this rivalry just a few years ago.

Kudos to you, sir!

I’m not extremely confident, but I wasn’t that confident when LSU won in the past.
I think it’ll be a very good game. Sadly, if one team dominates on the scoreboard, I’m afraid it will be Bama. I don’t think that is likely to happen. Burrow will be solid and the D will
Step up. Tigers win a close one. I dunno.

I don’t think anyone here assumes we’ll win, but at least we have some hope.
I think most of us are just excited to see LSU playing fun football again. The end of Miles tenure and early O tenure were depressing even when we won.

Look... I'm not doom and gloom like the OP, but I am quite concerned about:

Teenage me getting around name filters for Everquest (online game).
Kigaz = Kick arse
Also had a character called Azkiger (arse kicker).

This LSU team is pretty different than last year.

Didn’t even see it!
Awesome.

That’s something I can agree with.
Even Joe Burrow seems ten times better than last year.
Not saying he sucked last year, he has just improved vastly from year one to year two.

HAs absolutely nothing to do with this season.
Enjoy your misery.

Forget all that negative, we are going to win. Do not worry about what you can control, just enjoy the ride.

Different year with different teams so 2019 is not related to the others.
Posted on 10/31/19 at 9:27 am to Yewkindewit
That’s very true, but what if we lost to Bama 14 times in a row, would you still feel the same way?
Hopefully the 2019 LSU team is to Bama what the 2014 Mississippi State team was to LSU. We beat them 14 times in a row going into that game, we were heavily favored, and they kicked our arse in our own stadium.

In 2015 we went in there with Harris a QB, he was 6 for 19. Fournette had 19 carries for 31 yards.
We were down by 3 going into the half. We received the kick. Harris threw a pick on the first play of the second half giving Bama first and goal inside our 5. That was that.
If that team can be in the game, this team can win the game if we play well at all.
You have Alabama derangement syndrome, they are just a college football team. Every year a team doesnt buy into the bullshite and goes in and hits them in the mouth. There is no reason it isn't us this year.
I just pray we beat them and then get to play them again in the playoffs and beat their arse worse.
