That's pretty obvious. We have the pumpers who think LSU is tGOAT any time there's a good game and then the haters who think they suck at everything.

All too often, it's the same people, based on if LSU won the game or not.

Why? They're hitting worse than LSU coming into this series.

Because their at bats and swings are much better than ours.

We can hardly throw strikes as a team and it feels like other top teams have a much better approach at the plate than us.

We are a ninth inning miracle away from looking like an STD the last month

Yet they're objectively, a worse hitting team.

Yeskie has a long track record of being good, but it’s not working here for some reason. His staffs walk way too many batters.

Well, I’m watching head to head right now, and that’s not even close to being the case.

Not really. I’m a huge Jay Johnson fan and have defended the dude countless times on here.

Jay is not above reproach. This team can barely throw strikes outside of 4 pitchers. That doesn’t seem normal for an elite program.

So two games you’ve watched mean more than 45 games of data points?

Makes sense.

this is the first time since he’s been here that He’s had consecutive seasons with the same pitching coach.
2022 - Kelly
2023 - Wes
2024 - Yeskie
2025 - Yeskie
DPO changes every other season with coaches getting promoted to other programs.

The pitching regressed in his second year at A&M.

They're #18 nationally in strikeout to walk ratio.

Barely throw strikes?

That's your subjective opinion.

The numbers say that LSU is a better hitting team until this weekend.

You are absolutely correct…it’s not a couple of pitchers or hitters struggling, it’s the majority

And the frickers are getting worse

Very frustrating team at this point.

After the Friday night in Austin I thought they looked pretty special.

I don’t know what to say if you think this has been an impressive coaching job with the pitching staff.
