It's that time of the year. June baseball at the Box. What's your regional rotation?

Why wouldn’t you throw Marceaux against the 4th seeded team in the first game?

Marceaux
Henry
Walker

Because he's been our best starting pitcher in May.

Walker seems like you don't know what you'll get out of him. You're best off letting him beat the worst team.. the 4 seed.

Henry for the championship game.

Whoever is paired with LSU's regional has lost in their regional 9 out of the last 11 times and 6 times in a row.

Another stat is LSU is 17-0 in current postseason format 1st round regional games.

I don’t like this... I understand your point with this rotation.

Marceaux
TBA
TBA

My reasoning behind this. Is you don’t want Henry on the bench if you get eliminated. I’ve always said “play like there’s no tomorrow” There can be so many debates when it comes to a regional rotation. You also have to keep in mind that super regionals is a week after regionals. So you don’t want your horse throwing game 3 in super regionals.

Henry/Hilliard afterwards
Walker
Marceaux

Henry isn't back fully and struggled first appearance. Good chance LSU plays southern as four seed. Let him go and gain some confidence

No, Walker gives up runs. I want Walker matched against the 4-seed.

So did Henry on Tuesday. The worst hitting team in the SEC lit him up. That's why I go Henry on Friday and if he shows signs of Henry of old, he goes as our ace the next week in Super Regional

Henry will probably not be your ace this year. In fact, I believe of the 3 Marceaux ends up being the highest drafted.

Henry
Marceaux
Walker.

Henry is still coming back and he will have the most rest if he doesn’t pitch again this weekend. Marceaux is your ace right now. He has we great last month of the season. I like having the veteran Walker going against the other teams 4th or 5th starter assuming LSU win game 1 and 2
