Tennessee is going to need to commit more than money.

They have. The offer is $1.5 and a ton of facility upgrades. Supposed to increase capacity to 11k. If TV leaves it isn’t bc of a lack of effort to keep him.

It's panic in the streets. People, no one really knows who is coming but it's fun to watch you wahoos lose it.

Somebody wants to increase listeners for a 7am radio show and maybe get some LSU people to listen

Of course LSU is interest in him, they would be dumb not to be

If true, TV will get to pick which place he wants.
UT vs LSU

Which one would you choose if you were a college baseball coach?

Woodward doesn’t operate with a budget really. He’s more than willing to spend. We just dropped 800-850k a year on an O-line coach.

I think they’d go up to 3 for a home run. The question is whether the decision makers view Vitello as that homerun

This shouldn't even be debatable.

I'm not so sure about this. Vitello knows history. He knows this is arguably the best college baseball program in America, and this door is only going to open for him once.

Unless Tennessee makes him the highest paid coach in the county and drops serious money to upgrade their baseball facilities, he is already in Baton Rouge mentally.

Or, he could take the raise and facilities upgrade, keep building/winning there. If LSU hires Corbin, the position will be back on the market in 5 years. Arkansas will be on the market in 5 years. Vandy will likely be on the market in 5 years. I don't understand why people believe we have every candidate by the balls, like they need us right now.
