It’s Brian Kelly’s world now, and we’re all just living in it.

We are all spectators to a HC coming in with a plan and the wherewithal to execute it.

1. Decommits
2. Transfer portal
3. Assistant hires starting
4. Recruiting and retention philosophy

Time will tell if his plan succeeds but I’m betting it will. Just don't know how soon.

Yeah i don't get the melt over any assistant we lose or commit or player. This program was rotting under o. It's going to take a purge to get back right, but once we get it right, we will roll like never before

He’s succeeded everywhere he’s been and knows what it takes to win. Just trimming the fat right now. Trust CBK.

Sometimes, you gotta have some losses in order to eventually succeed. Opens up more scholarships that Kelly can use to establish a culture around here. For once, I actually trust that our coach knows what he’s doing

Maybe, maybe not. The portal taketh away, and the portal giveth.

Regardless, no point to anyone getting worked up about it. Literally nothing anyone - other than Kelly - can do about it.

The game has changed. Yes, hard to accept in the age of NIL & the transfer portal. Hoping this wave of conference expansion will take the Power 5 away from the NCAA & do there own deal. The NCAA philosophy is antiquated & just doesn’t work in the modern era with today’s kids.

Can’t over-emphasize the effect the transfer portal has on this dynamic. In the Before Times, kids would have to really weigh the cost of transferring versus letting things play out. No such calculation now; they can bolt without penalty once.

We don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes with BK’s direct conversations with players and recruits, his coordinator and position coach hires, and the current staff.

Just need to let it all play out. And there’s no need to cast aspersions on people making self-interested decisions. We’d all want the same freedom.

It’s all addition by subtraction. Rebuild from the foundation up.

I don’t disagree about next year, but I also think it will be significantly better than this year

We ride with Kelly! We will likely have to hear it from the O disciples if we take losses. I really don't care to hear from those who support his stewardship of a rotting program, but whatever! In the long run LSU football is better off!

I’m ready for a change.

If QBs are too soft to stay and compete Tuen we don’t need them.

Myles, Max, Nuss, and Howard would all be better under Kelly than Under O. But max doesn’t have the chest. Maybe myles can be swayed but if not then Nuss and Howard will have a heck of a time battling with all that raw talent.

I’ve been a huge Max apologist all year but if he’s soft then he can go the way of Ricks.

Have total confidence, but here are the bright lights. The Broadway show. It’s all year round. He’s up for the challenge I bet.

That said, I bet part of him is saying “WTF!?!”
