It’s a rivalry. And that’s okay. Own it.

Just look around this board. The rivalry week hate posts are glorious. It’s everything you love leading up to a game like this.

And it’s why it’s time to accept A&M as the bitter, hated rival that they are instead of stubbornly rejecting it.

I know part of the argument is that they’re not on equal footing with us. Before last year, was Michigan on equal footing with Ohio State? It was still a rivalry all those years in a row OSU beat them. When Navy won, what? 12,13 games in a row over Army, was that not a rivalry? Being around 500 against your opponent doesn’t mean shite. We hate them, they hate us.

Let it flow through you.

The hate is fun, and it should be.

Now here’s a clip of Aggies singing and dancing about (allegedly female) prostitutes.

maybe to them, the posts are just an indication of boredom of having three weeks of enduring shitty games to wait for the SECCG

in order for it to be a rivalry, it can't be so one-sided. There's not enough history between the programs to be a rivalry. TAMU has beat LSU once since coming to SEC. Once. Not twice. Once. It's not a rivalry to anyone but TAMU because they have LSU envy and try to build their program around LSU's success even taking our sloppy seconds. New money trash program. All that money and resources clueless how to utilize it.

We’ve been over this.

This is not true at all and one of the reasons I started this thread. Ignore this. We hate them don’t we? They hate us, don’t they?

It’s definitely a rivalry for any Texas Tigers.
Not sure why some fans are in denial.

I mean I guess it’s a rivalry in the same sense as Wylie Coyote vs. the Roadrunner or Tom vs. Jerry in which one party is simply bothersome to the other.

They've won the last two in Kyle Field. 2018 and 2020

No. We barely have any history with the program. It's not a rivalry.

No they didn't. LSU won the other game multiple times. The game was over several times. I don't care what anyone says the fumble in OT can't be disputed by anyone. The WR ran with that ball for 5 yards with 0 ball control issues while he was carrying it. Ball was stripped, went to LSU, game over. The officiating crew should've been fired. They did not win that game and anyone an unbiased opinion would agree at how bad the officials shite the bed there. They beat LSU once with their worst team in 20 years.

This is not a rivalry game. This is a F'd up schedule putting them at the end of the year. I would rather see Ole Miss, Auburn, Tulane, or Bama. These games are real hate beat your arse games. The faggies...Hell no. I hate this game every year. LSU needs to wipe them off the feild once and for all and this is a great opportunity to bitch slap these idiots.

I considered Tulane a "rivalry" for as long as we played them.

I'm okay that A&M has now become our Tulane.

Your opinion.

Maybe for you. And that's OK. But not for me.

I think on paper, Ole Miss is much more of a rivalry.

And I think that in people's hearts, Alabama is much more of a rivalry. That's when you really see things get kicked up a notch.

But A&M? Nah, we hate them, but nothing is kicked up to me on here. No rivalry.

So...Nah.

You know we played more than 60 times before they joined the conference right? We have RICH history with that program.
