They have played strong ball since the ole Miss game. In both pass blocking and run blocking they handled their business. Weston Davis deserves some love he’s been playing the best ball of his career.
This kid was. Former 5 star so if the light is truly turning on that is massive esp since we have the best pass blocker LT in the country on the other side in Seaton. Moore has been stable, bah has been solid. The only real question mark on the line is LG but outside of that this unit looks strong.

"but it was mcneese" means more than yall are giving it credit for. that team was so bad that you literally cant take a single thing away from that game that a starter did. maybe the backups and 3rd string can be evaluated . all you have to do is look at how wide open our receivers were and that will tell you that you cant take anything from that game.
negative things are magnified though...not worried about Watkins. those drops will just make him put in more work

For sure agree with you which is why I said since the ole Miss game lol. The o line as a whole is stacking good performances. They will get a test this week vs a good Kentucky front

Bordelons still playing 60% of the time at LG and your only concern is RG.

This.
Rant would be on fire if we weren’t near perfect.

the OL slobfest is premature AF

Brainfart on my end meant LG. Borderlon is by far the biggest liability on the offensive line esp in pass protection. He’s a solid run blocker tho that’s prob why he still plays

We’ll learn a lot more about them Saturday at Kentucky. I’ve jus liked the way they’ve responded since ole Miss punched them in the mouth

They played well during the Texas A&M game too, got to build continuity don't matter who you playing

O-line played well last weekend too. Certainly improved from week 1.

I really think the top 5 high school teams in the nation could have beaten McNeese last night.

Not untrue. But you're supposed to beat teams you're supposed to beat in the way you're supposed to. We didn't do that to Tech (which ain't a bad team, but still), but did here. Looking meh like we used to would have means more than looking good.
It's something like, "We don't know if we're even though we looked good because of the opponent, but we know we are bad because we looked sloppy." But we didn't look sloppy. So that's new, and I like that.

All I know is for a long time there,
Ryan Mirets’ snaps were way better than Braelin Moore’s snaps.

We are extremely weak at LG. Number 50 is about the same as #67.
