It could have been worse

I actually rather get blown out like this than to lose a close one to this team. We're going to take care of FSU and then run Oregon State the frick out of Omaha. We needed this embarrassment.

As far as tonight goes no it couldn't have been much worse. We get blown out by playing incredibly sloppy. LSU Only has 2 hits so far. Plus we lose Walker, Gilbert, and probably Newman for Wednesday. Now we'll have to win 3 games with 2 against the #1 team in the country. Mr glass half full guy I don't know what drugs your taking, but it must be the really good stuff.

The problem with your theory is that this team really hasn't played a crisp, dominating baseball for 9 innings in any of their playoff games. In fact, they've been ice cold and had to come from behind to win quite often.

Being a delusional fan is worse. So far the team has not played well at all in Omaha. They had to scrap and get some breaks to beat FSU and now they have this atrocity tonight. This team needs to get it together fast if they want any chance.
