Henry Ford actively recruited people from Arab countries to emigrate to the US and work in his automobile factories. Those immigrants tended to congregate in Dearborn.
Many of the people who live there today are descendants of the original immigrants. They were born here, so, per the 14th Amendment, they are Americans just like you are (assuming that you were also born here).

Not sure why yall are so surprised? We’re the only ones to blame for this. For a country that was built on Christian values, Christianity is most likely 3rd tier in this country, behind Muslim and Judaism.
