Sure looks like it.
Or, possibly he doesnt love football as much as many others and is enjoying his free ride/college experience.

I don't think anyone understands how easy the Sunbelt is to win in. I'm positive I could win 8 games as head coach with only the NCAA 25 game playback.
Actually, I don't think you understand what it takes to win at any level of CFB.

You sound ignorant. I can see why he doesn't listen to you.

It's possible he doesn't like football all that much and simply wants to enjoy college as a regular roster athlete. See: Myles Brennan.

He’ll be with sunbelt Billy at ULL next year.
Assuming he still wants to play football. Not every one is going to chase playing time in the transfer portal.

I remember what a team Walker and Bech were in high school at STM. I was happy thinking that combination would transfer over to LSU. Was not to be. Sometimes you the windshield and sometimes you the bug. Walker has talent but he looked around the QB room and figured out his was not the best of the best. Now if he had stayed, he would still be matched against the likes of Bryce Underwood, Collin Hurley, Ricky Collins, of course Nuss. So I do not see a path to the field here if he had stayed. Same may be true at Ole Miss. Guess if you never get to play you always going to wonder. Joe Burrow was behind JT Barret's great talent at Ohio State for two years. Think we can all agree his transfer to LSU was a very good decision.

He should have transferred to TCU or somewhere like that not Ole Miss when they have Dart.

99% of this board thought he was the best qb recruit in the nation and loved him when he committed. There was talk of him winning the Heisman. Now yall continue to shite on him since he transferred. Side note/ he is dating Kiffins daughter. Guess he is just the 3rd best qb on the team.

Look at the Senior starters plus Nolan will be gone. They will be decimated.
A lot worse than decimated, which would mean losing only two starters.

Guys, go back and watch his STM tape. I know the kid wants to play but he’s not that good. Nothing about him ever stood out, he was a very good HS QB, but nothing special on tape.

I agree. I watched him play Neville his senior year, wasn’t impressed. Was hoping it was just an off night, but it seems it wasn’t. A sec starting an should be the best player on the field in high school and he wasn’t even close to that

9 defenders will be seniors and not back next year
And
8 guys on offense.
If any juniors go pro they will literally be starting over. I’m betting kiffin goes hard in the paint at transfer portal

Seems like it would be a good time for the Lane train to pull out of the station and head for greener pastures. Would be consistent with his personality.

Just goes to show that recruiting rankings are more for selling subscriptions to certain fan bases to make a lot of money and is no indication of future success.
It's all subjective and LSU fans, including myself, were excited to see a 5-star QB sign with the good guys, but we were clearly duped. It is what it is!

0-2 in a 76-0 win? He needs to go to the Sun Belt if he wants to play.

If he was here half our fans would be clamoring for home to start already.
