Is this the most out-classed & embarrassed LSU baseballs been in the postseason since 84?

The 1999 Super Regional at Alabama was bad but these two games against Oregon State are even worse so far.

2002 we were shut out in the super regional against Rice. That was a total domination. This is very close though.

Yeah but LSU was in those games. Rice only scored in 3 innings that weekend.

Nah, we weren’t really in them. Lane Mestepey and Brian Wilson kept us hanging around but we had zero shot at scoring. 8 hits in 2 games.

This team is up against a better team but the lack of fundamentals is whsts embarrassing. Nobody covering first on a bunt, slaughter watching the play instead of getting his back to the bag. Baseball 101. But hey, let's keep hiring former players to do the coaching
