No BUT this years team appears to be on track for at minimum the most entertaining baseball team at LSU since at least that 2008 run.

Our pitching staff could be stronger.
If we had a Saturday Skenes I would say possibly in the argument if they win it all.
We will have games that we will be forced to outscore people because our pitching after Skenes will ebb and flow.
Also missing a super star short stop.
