You will learn that silence is a good thing when it comes to this matter.

Can you post a link to the on3 info? Or at least tell me where to look on the website? Most of these services offer a free or greatly reduced intro price I can sign up for. Thanks.

There’s a few threads with info, search for:
“Will Wade Monday”

And mainly:
“Will Wade 2.0”

a lot of smoke for sure

Not really. No one in the national media has reported any rumors, innuendo, "unnamed sources", etc. The smoke is all message board chatter with random folks hinting or downright claiming it's a done deal.

Wade has made two significant statements to suggest that he is staying put at NC State. Some have taken those statements as non-denials.

The only silent search that I can recall is the Woodward's hiring of Kelly. That was a shock to everyone. The Kiffin situation was LOUD.

Hunt Palmer said his "spidey senses" are tingling because everything is so silent.

I just hope that there is a plan B because we have to move on from McMahon. However I have a feeling that it's Wade or bust.

For anybody who says LSU is a football school, did you see the end of the Vanderbilt-Nebraska NCAA tournament game? Nebraska fans basically took over OKC, stayed in the arena to celebrate advancing to the Final Four, jumped into the Bricktown canal after the game and welcomed the team in droves at the Lincoln airport. Nebraska is the epitome of a football school. If it can happen there, it can happen at LSU. And the fans will turn out to support a winner.

I have been watching LSU sports for a very long time. To say LSU is into one sport or another is horse sh#t. LSU fans support winners.

5 years ago LSU women’s basketball was drawing 500 fans a game under Fargas. Today they draw large crowds because of Coach Mulkey, winning and a championship.

15 years ago no one came to gymnastics events. Today they fill the house cause of winning and a championship.

LSU baseball would draw 50 fans a game before Bertman. Now they draw large crowds due to winning and winning championships.

LSU football fills the fourth largest stadium in the country cause they win and won championships.

Bottom line, if LSU wins in basketball they will draw large crowds as well. And don’t tell me it won’t happen cause I saw it during the Dale Brown era.

If you win…. LSU fans will come! And anyone that says any different is full of sh#t!

I'm starting to be a little less optimistic here. I feel like there would be more smoke now if there were things in motion.

I don't know how you can be an AD in this conference, and come out and say "Ok, look, we're gonna go ahead and keep the guy that won 3 SEC games the last 2 years".

How do you put literally ANY kind of spin on it at this point? Last year we went with the whole "He needs more NIL, that's all. So we're gonna give him more NIL".

But how do you come out now and try to spin this into literally ANY kind of positives?

sign up for on3, plenty of real insiders (big boosters, people connected and have been around on boards for decades+) on there and they have dropped a lot of info on the basketball situation
