Assume we get ou/ut and based on unconfirmed reports clem/fsu may be in play...how much is too much?

It will be harder to win a conference championship.

Under the current playoff model, sure. But that will all change with this move

We’re already past that point; there’ll eventually be two conferences.
It’s about survival at this point. The commissioners are jockeying to make sure they’re one of the two.

We will soon be using relegation like soccer.

CORRECT. New playoff model will begin to look like NFL, very few undefeated teams. you just have to make the top 12.

If you get OU/UT plus Clem/FSU you won't need the NCAA

the playoffs and NC will have less meaning coz it will have been played during the season

Maybe a power move do eventualy disregard the “NCAA” and establish your own “governing body”?

I like it because then all of those teams will face what we face and have to go through bama to do anything. Seems like the SEC is trying to monopolize college fooseball

Sure, somebody has to lose, & neither of those 2 will tolerate losing.

I have had this same thought. If they get enough teams to bail on the NCAA they maybe able to put together a governing body that can control this NIL and recruiting.
Several yrs ago many thought the P5 were going to do something like that because the NCAA could not keep up with the growth and demand of the sport. They move so slow that they spend three yrs taking one program apart while 10 more go speeding by...
