Don't know where it is coming from ,but Orgeron seems to be on board, unless he is actively looking elsewhere...

O is doing it. He got mad because he got his hand slapped by Alleva, after Canada tattled, for interfering in the offense during the Troy game. Now O is trying to get rid of him for Ensminger, so he can interfere in the offense without getting tattled on. Seems obvious to me.

It's not complicated to understand. O "simplifies" Canada's offense for the Troy game. LSU loses. shite hits the fan and Alleva has to step in.

Just bc they've won a few games since doesn't make O and Canada best buddies now. Parting ways seems inevitable.

This will be an astronomical frick up by O if he runs off Canada

But not surprising. And the O sycophants will (and already are) denigrate Canada in defense of O.

I am afraid that this is being orchestrated by Orgeron. And his OC , who answers to coach O, is helpless to call him out on it.
Hate to say it, but it adds credibility to the rumors of Orgeron manipulative behavior, behind the scenes to oust Miles, and give Orgeron a path to becoming HC.
WITH Some key press support behind the scenes.
If you don't like the conspiratorial tone of these questions, tell me how else you can now explain this highly unlikely hiring decision of a position coach no one else would hire...

Agree completely. Especially if Onreally views Ensminger as a viable replacement candidate.

I think Canada gets a bad rap a lot. His offense wasn’t the problem this year. A QB with a very limited skill set was.

This cannot be repeated loudly enough or often enough.

I fully believe this. And I do think the idea of having two top notch coordinaters to make up for Coach O could work. However coordinaters come and go very quickly, and I don't trust Coach O/Alleva to make great replacement hires after Canada/Aranda leave.

Not you directly, but this sentiment has been coming up frequently in this situation.

So why hire him in the first place? When Canada was hired he was "Broyles Finalist. One of the best OC's in the country, a testament to how good O is at bringing people here,"

Now it's "Canada is a problem hire, he doesn't last long anywhere."

If the above is true, was he a good hire or a bad hire? And what does that say about O?

I agree with that Too! Oregeron never takes blame for much. That's why I appreciate Miles so much. NEVER threw a player or another coach under the bus. I can count at least 3 players Orgeron has done this too. (Both kickers, Brosette). Last year he hollered about wanting a spread offense. Now all of a sudden, he has an "idea" of the offense he would like to run?!? I don't dislike the guy but he's way to wish washy and needs to man up and take all the blame like a head coach does

Some uncomfortable questions.
