I'm looking at every team I've watched.. when the quarterback screwed up the second string at least got a chance to compete and show better play and a lot of starters lost their jobs... why would les miles sit this guy knowing poor quarterback play was killing us? Is he that stubborn or is it bad coaching.. I'm confused

Harris will be the qb unless he gets hurt. Eting will only get some garbage time against the cupcakes....

We can't get any worse, so why not?

Oh wait, we couldn't do any worse on 1/9/12 at halftime either...

Not holding my breath.

Did you miss the FSU and Texas games?

They actually made adjustments and go their guys in position for success by utilizing their skills and what is comfortable to them..

You realize both those qbs would have had same early struggles.. but never allowed to take over the game like they were with their teams.

Harris can be better, but they have to have him run and gun from the spread.. it is who he is.. but sure bring in danny and see how he fares. i am all for trying something else if the refuse to adjust.

Have to at least try but I would bring him off the bench so there's no pressure. Even if he did well it wouldn't prove much. I would give him a shot though, maybe it sparks something in BH or maybe it takes some pressure off of him and he comes back playing like a different qb? Never know until you try. What we really need is to get rid of Miles though even if he comes in and performs like an AA it proves Miles and Cam have no clue. Sometimes guys practice better and some guys play the games better so you must try different things and actually give them a chance to perform with the play calling.

Harris would be a Heisman contender had he gone with Meyer to Ohio St....
The player isn't the problem, coaching, development and play calling are

I'd rather give the kid a try again jacksonville.. and see how he does.. if he's lights out start him again to prepare him for the sec slate.. this isn't the pro where money paid to quarterbacks forces u to start them.. if he can play and produce.. he's the new starter

ding ding ding....let's face it Mett didn't see the field as a sophmore playing behind to dynamic duo of Lee and Jefferson. I know Jarrett had good numbers going into Bama but let's face it Mett was the more competent QB and should have played....he was and still is out of their league.

There is no QB on this roster, and not many on any roster, that could succeed under Les Miles. You can't run I-formation 90% of a game and expect to win. His biggest formation change is going from I form 2 wide to Single back with 2 TE's and 2 wide. Les doesn't have the mental capacity to realize he is the problem.

The only reason I say Etling could be better is because he's had other development besides this coaching staff. Let's face it that's the only QB's Miles have had that have been worth a shite.

And Saturday's performance by Harris didn't suck? shite, I would give any of the other quarterbacks a chance.
