Men always deserve to be paid more, even when doing less than women. I'm sorry that it rustles the jimmies to realize men are superior employees, but deal with it

I literally HATE this "fairness" crap. there has been an agenda for years to reward people BECAUSE of their gender or ethnicity. both of these coaches are successful and both of these coaches make about the same amount of money.
or maybe you think the female coach should get a raise because the golf team won the NC? you know, keep things "fair".

The club is in the grandstand on the 3rd base side above the chair-back seating.
If you go to lsusports.net; click on "Tickets"; then click on Tiger Park a diagram will come up showing all seat locations.

Are you trying to turn this into a gender wage gap issue?
They coach different sports and you can't compare their salaries to each other. Only to other heav coaches at similar schools coaching the same sport.

People get paid what it takes to hire them.
I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that overall, people who can coach golf well are rarer than people who can coach softball well AND, there are more decent paying golf coach jobs.
I mean, if every college in the nation cut women's softball, there would be about 2 paying softball coach jobs left.
Not so for Golf.

It's not like it's that much more. Yes it's a lot to many of us but it's in the same ballpark.. let's call it a 15k bonus for winning a national championship.. Then they are even.
