I get what you're saying. Possibly most of those that had the pitchforks out for CEO and the 5 yr set back don't feel CBK "set the team back" as much as he didn't meet their expectations.

Dude just wasn't ready for the SEC let alone "how things work" in the South uck him.

That being said this team hasn't fielded a quality/legit SEC roster with depth for half a decade. The roster needs a miracle.

Didn’t like him at Cincy. Didn’t like him at ND. Supported him but didn’t like him at LSU. Other than the chaos and uncertainty of who the new coach will be, happy he is gone. Go Tigers!

I can't stand him or his larva looking son.

But I still blame Woody. Only that moron thought giving a senior citizen a 10 year 100mil contract was a good idea.

We had the chance to take Saban back and we didn’t. We only have Skip Bertman and whomever else aka Boosters to blame. Miles always had to pull a trick out of his pocket to win. Not a fan of him.

Orgeron got way more hate. Even this year I saw posters making excuses for Kelly by bringing up the 38 players left for the Bowl.

Brian Kelly had more undeserved homers on this board than any coach I’ve ever seen.

There are actually some personal similarities between Brian Kelly and Curly Hallman.

As of right now, yes he’s the most hated and could turn out to be that way in the long run depending on how his buyout drama plays out. If he doesn’t try to find a job to offset his buyout, the hate will increase substantially.

The LSU hatred towards BK will be nothing compared to the Ole Miss hatred towards Lane.

He thought he could name his next job and I don’t think his phone has rang once, thus it must be his past employer (LSU) black balling him, lol.

Curly

I never disliked Curly. That is like having scorn for the Handicapped.
It was the incompetent, brain damaged, or Brainless Trust at LSU that deserved scorn.

Similar to hiring Dinardo, after his last outing at Vandy. 50 Pt loss to Tennessee qualifies him to be HC at LSU?

Same with Kelly. Ten Year, 100 million dollar contract. For What?

At least Orgeron has proven he could win it all. But he was, "knee capped", then fired for losing.

but he did salvage this program from the dumpster fire that it was when he got here and you do have to admit that his first year with the win over Alabama and the SEC championship appearance was one masterful coaching job

There are many who were desperate to be the first to say “I told you so” about BK. Those types pretend that even after 2022 they just knew BK was a bad coach. That he just got lucky or something in his two decades as a HC.

BK definitely checked out here, but 2022 was great coaching.

He's a fraud! He classified himself as a "Championship Football Coach"!

I’ve gone to LSU games for 55 years. I think Kelly is the all time worst. Lazy, jumping on reporters for valid questions, bad personnel decisions, and disconnected. Curley had worse results but LSU was not a premier destination back then.

No. Curley Hallman. Got the job because his QB at USM was Brett Favre
