Is 10-3 with a bowl win good enough?

With what we have left that seems to be what we’ll end up with. Not bad, but it’s frustrating because we have high expectations now. Plenty other fan bases would be happy.

Yes, but short of this program's stated goals and expectations. Next.

10 wins should be the floor at LSU

What about 11-2. I’d argue we’ll beat Jimbos arse.

Their run D is good. We better find a passing game soon or it will be a long game.

LSU is going to shut Mond down so not sure how you expect aTm to score. LSU is going to win that game then go destroy whoever they put across from them in their bowl game to go 11 and 2. The fans will melt and call for O to be fired.

Surprisingly, A&M has the best rush D we'll see all season statistically (2nd in the nation). If rush like we did last night against Arky (59th rush D in nation) we are going to be in for a long night.

This just may be the year they get us. You know they are looking for that statement win this year and beating a top 10 ranked LSU at home would do it.

Yes, best year LSU had in a long time. 11 and 2 will improve this recruiting class in a big way.

That would be the equivalent of the 2015 season in which Miles was very nearly fired, so there’s your answer.

It wouldn’t mean Orgeron should be fired as a result, but there would be no basis for an extension or the belief that he can get the program where everyone wanted it to be when the change was made.

A&M has a defense this year. They held Ole Miss' offense to 17 points and over 100 yards below their season average.

We coming. Most were thinking we'd lose 5 or 6. O is bringing in the meat to compete.

If we all step back. that is waaaaay better than ANYONE thought. I’m not lowering expectations just making a statement.

Depends on who you ask?

I think it would be a little disappointing, depending on who the bowl game was against and how well we played.

If we lose to aTm, it will be a bad season. 0-3 vs the teams we need to beat to be in the title hunt. Bama, Florida, and aTm are our priorities and will be for the foreseeable future.

I didn’t expect this team to win 8 games.

So, they exceeded my expectations.

Over-exceeded, actually, and got my hopes up.

So my hopes were dashed, but expectations exceeded.

I feel sorry for you that you do not expect excellence, must be important to be average for you. Sounds dull

10-3 with a bowl win means we lose to either Rice or the Aggies. I'd prefer to go 10-2, and forgive a bowl loss.

That's minimally "good enough"; but championships are the goal.

Much of it is done of the backs of the LSU defense. LSU defense is elite minus the Front and the LsU O is a liability.
