OK, we lost, it wasn't our day. So I'm fully prepared to hear how much Jay sucks, how Woody was dumb for hiring him, and how we won't make the postseason. In other words, TD at its finest. See you tomorrow.

Humbling these guys early is a good thing. The team that wins in February doesn't usually win it all in June. Our past coaches have been very good at getting the team to peak at the right time and I think (hope) Jay will too. We're still figuring out roles for each player and honestly being #1 gets everyone's best crowd anyway

Agree with that, sometimes shite happens. Refocus tomorrow and get back on the winning track.

Yeah, the hitting wasn't good today, not scoring with bases loaded and no outs in the 1st is never good, and set the tone. But it's early, so hopefully we learn from this.

Not to mention he threw five perfect innings last weekend to start the season.

Jay and Wes are as good of a hitting and pitching coach as there is in the college game. They’ll figure out what works. Today was just one of those days where anything that could go wrong did.
