I believe they said he returned to the sidelines during the game.

Grambling put out a statement saying he was at OLOLRMC and had surgery. They also said they would not plan any further comments on the subject. I pray the young man recovers with no ill effects.

According to Coach Kelly in today's press conference, the Grambling kid had sucessful surgery and even prognosis is that it will be a long road but he is expected to have a full recovery.

Had surgery on the head or neck area. Which is concerning especially with no other clarification.

another reason not to play this game anymore

the southern player got injured playing UGA

I know these injuries can happen to anyone but with the level of competition it makes it a lot more likely

Yes, Grambling had a bunch of guys bunged up, but this guy really was hurt bad.

You wouldn’t match up a lightweight with a heavyweight boxer. Quit playing politics eith the kids. LSU shouldn’t play FCS opponents.

Would be a great show of sportsmanship if the Tiger Nation could initiate a Go Fund Me account for his family while they are in Baton Rouge during his surgery and rehab.

The Grambling player was hurt colliding with a teammate, no? He was trying to tackle the LSU player, but I am pretty sure it was a secondary collision.
