The players running to spot the ball for the ref after the play and the O is already lined up to snap before the ref has to re-spot.

To name a few.
However with the portal, id say with that a 9 win season with a 10th win in a bowl game will be doable.

Good run game
Score more than 25 a game

An offense that is well organized machine. Limited presnap penalties and play with an attitude.

Screens can be a vital part of an offense, but they should gain yards and set up other plays. Our screens did neither.

An offense that's at least above average scoring TD's in the red zone. We were horrible.

I-Formation with a BLOCKING FULLWHITEBACK when it's a first down from the 4 yard line.
An OL that can RUN BLOCK.
Outside of Seaton, there's nothing to indicate this new batch of OL"s is anything better than what left. (Very disappointing OL class on paper)
Hopefully, Wolford and Cregg can coach them up......

Offensively, I bet we can move the ball and get first downs better than 2025.
Just getting 1 more yard per play would get us into the Top 25, total offense side.
We need even more improvement in first downs, 4 more would get us in the Top 25 or so.
I know that points are what matters, but offensive production is generally required to get points, particularly against better opponents.
On defense, I know we lost a couple of great players who were one year wonders for us, but I'm confident we will have a comparable defense (or better).

Back to having a great dline. From 2001-2016 we were strong up front. Got to get back to that!

I want to see a running scheme, I’m done with the o-line just zone blocking. I want to see guards pulling on a regular basis with an intent on opening holes. I understand the zone blocking is for the RPO and we can continue too do that, but when we need that 3rd and 2 I want to see better scheming
