I can’t believe I’m defending the captain, but wow that was not on him at all

I'm with you. Defense played good. Not great, but good. The playcalling lacked a little aggressiveness, particularly with LSU's big WRs, but there were plays to be made. Etling just throws a terrible deep ball. There's not much else you can say. He is who he is. He's sucked throwing the deep ball from day 1. It wasn't going to magically change

I was disappointed we didn't see guice and Williams both on the backfield together that confuse the Bama LBs.
