Defensive front will be nasty. Much improved and I love it. Only issue is a hole at corner opposite of Greedy. Defense will keep LSU in most games this season. Only concern is a team might be able to go vertical on LSU because of the hole.

How is that different than the last 5 years?
ETA. I didn't realize the standard at LSU was "being in the game" thought it was competing for the SEC West, something we haven't won since 2011.

I laugh at posters that just KNOW that LSU coaching or talent is good or bad.
The best any one can do is to put their team in contention.
The uncertainties are legion and include injuries, chemistry, officiating, matchups, and just plain luck.
As a fan I’m optimistic and excited to see how the season comes out.

Right but without a good offense it's not enough to win the West which is the ultimate goal. LSU fans should know this.

Defense will be fine. Offense and coaching (besides Amanda) has everyone worried. Look at the schedule and find me 8 wins because I couldn’t last night

I have a hard time finding 8 wins as well. I've been wrong before though so hopefully I'm wrong again.
