The Gold Helmets scream "LSU!". The white helmets scream "Generic White Helmets!"
Maybe if they wore the Gold Helmets over the Wh/Wh it wouldn't look so University of Generic/War Damn Pigeon.

Agree with OP. I'm usually not one to comment on uniforms, but those were particularly bad.

I thought the uniforms were the 2nd bright spot of the game... JD being incapable of hitting WR's further than 10 yards down the field was the first.

I agree, LSU should be gold helmets white jersey gold pants - unless a rent-a-win team in which case we are purple jerseys.

White worn several times in past. Refreshing look. Swapping out the white helmet for a gold one with the white jerseys and white pants may look better.
