False. The high school recruiting has been meh at OM since Kiffin has arrived and the booster went all in on this year on one year rent-a-players, hoping for a miracle. This is not a recipe for sustained success and is yet to be determined if it is a recipe for a one-off.

Kelly has his shortcomings but who is there really that's better?
Maybe you hire some lower level guy and luck into the next Urban Meyer but more likely, you end up with Billy Napier.
Mike Norvell was the toast of the town last year and can't even beat unranked teams now.

There’s no 100% for certain hire but if Deboer keeps Alabama rolling like Saban did the higher ups at LSU won’t sit still for long. They might strikeout again but they won’t stay with Kelly.

what big games has Kiffin won. You people have lost your minds. I don't like BK, never did from the start. BUT, Kiffin damn sure isn't your answer.
You have swallowed the media praise of OM and Kiffin. In reality, they beat all of TWO teams last year with a winning record....TWO. They beat LSU in the last second, in Oxford, and they beat A&M (7-6 A&M) by 3, in Oxford. That's it.....they feasted on teams like Arky, State, Auburn, and A&M who were having some of their worst years in a long time. They were beaten by Ga by 35, and Alabama by 14.
This year, outside of Miami, they may have the easiest schedule in the country. Their OOC this year, like last year, is embarrassing.....yet people are all giddy after they beat Furman 76-0. Just like Arky beat a high school team 70-0. Kiffin is one of the biggest con men in the business.
Also, look at where OM is at in recruiting, like 12th or 13th in the SEC. They bought some players, Lane didn't fork over that money. Lane Kiffin hasn't proben anything in College football, period. I do not like BK at all, but I would take him every day of the week over Kiffin.

Kiffin is the most overrated coach in the SEC. Kelly did way better at LSU than he did his first 2 seasons in Ole Miss.
I do not understand the Kiffin lovefest. He’s not a bad coach, he’s just not an amazing coach. I don’t think he’s a better coach than Kelly, they’re both just good, not great coaches.
People just revere Kiffin because he’s a character, but he’s done very little to earn his reputation. He was good at FAU and “Brian Kelly good” for 2 seasons at Ole Miss.

Far fewer resources? Ok I need to see receipts. What are you talking about exactly? What are these resources? How did you quantify that lane is doing whatever he’s doing at ole miss, but with less “rEsOuRcEs” than Kelly has at LSU

Yea with a competent offensive coach we could maybe have a Heisman winning QB and 2 first round pick WRs while boasting the best offense in the country.
