I think he’s going to be a great coach in the SEC.
Says the right things and seems to be a great recruiter and on field coach.

I'm not saying he won't but the guy just beat a team coming off an emotional win that you knew they were going to be hungover from.
Florida has looked good, I agree. But let's give it a few more week of seeing them string it together before saying things we can't take back.

Yeah I liked his resume, he and Morris were my favorite small school candidates

It was 1 big win for Florida against Ole Miss coming off of the biggest game In 6 years with that program with Lane and Lane isn’t with Ole Miss anymore. In the long run Lane will win more

Sumralls schtick will get old once they have to face adversity and he loses that OC.

If you watch the game, the Gators had exactly the right recipe for Ole Piss. Two RB’s who ran downhill all day and they couldn’t stop them. Philo played well but the game was won up front and by the run game. Good looking gator squad but that’s why OM was dismantled so badly. Their D also played well at the LOS and outside a few big chunk plays they kept them in check.

He’s a good coach but he ain’t Lane. Florida actually had a talented roster last year with a shitty coaching staff. Lane had to rebuild the program from basically scratch.

Most definitely. You could see they got deflated early, and second half was brutal for them.

I agree! I think he brings toughness, work ethic and an over all winning team first culture that will pay big dividends for UF going forward. Bottom line, he’s going to rebuild Florida into a top tier SEC program that no one will want to see on their schedule!

I sense Ole Miss may have partied until last Wednesday and their coach did nothing to discourage it.
