This thread changed my mind. We need more OBJ around the program.

What players wouldn’t want to come to LSU and be seen after a NC getting money from OBJ? Print a fricking picture of it and put it up in the Football Ops building.

Oh, I’m pretty sure a lot of people care. This stunt will likely have his access to the program limited going forward.

I couldn't help but get upset watching that dude's antics. I get it, he bleeds purple and gold...BUT...this moment belonged to the CURRENT Tigers! Any sensible person would have recognized that, drunk or not. That night he should have laid back, let the team enjoy the victory, then when all the interviews, media coverage and all that subsided, then he could have kicked it with the players and coaches. I'm not gonna bash the guy, but a FULL public apology is warranted. He definitely wasn't around for the One Team One Heartbeat movement...his actions were selfish and it was the one blemish on an outstanding night! Instead of the Team and State relishing win all that comes with being the Champs, this crap is dominating the news cycle.

Meh. He's played for the Giants and Browns. They seem to do enough to poison themselves.

Not everyone is built the same. OBJ is not Jarvis, etc.
Bunch of Boomer ignorance in this thread.

Does that excuse his behavior because he "is not built the same"?

That is a pretty dumbass take.

Monday night was about the players and coaches, not OBJ.

The ignorance is coming from those that support his behavior.

Some people are just toxic. OBJ was toxic in NYC. He’s toxic in Cleveland. And now his bullshite is becoming toxic to LSU.

But he’s young and famous and has “swag” so of course all the millennial sheep think he’s untouchable.

agreed, know the consequences and optics of that!

He also said after the game when coach O was giving his speech to the team Odell kept interjecting himself

This was ridiculous, That moment is between O and the players, not OBJ. You want to say something, fine, but wait until O is done...you're stepping on someone elses moment

He really should offer up an apology. He couldn’t have woken up the next day & felt good about all that

There were 25 other former players at the game & not 1 acted in such a manner

For those who are in denial, it wasn’t fake money, it was real $100.00 bills.
