It's amazing how all of sudden people think Nuss should start after the game of his life against UGA. We're talking the same Nuss with pick 6's against Southern. If has made the unimaginative leap, then I support him but I can't say he is for sure the starter after that performance.
JD5 was being mentioned for heisman by some just before teams had enough film to know how to affect him. The same would have to Nuss if people knew to prepare for him. Let's chill and support whoever trots out there.

I don’t care who starts the bowl game but I don’t know how anyone who watches that clip can spew hate on Nuss like I see on this board. Yeah he’s young and raw and has some things to work on but that is an insane and almost impossible play to make.

The hate I see is on Daniels. The only negative thing I see towards Nuss is that he waits his turn.

so tired of the sports libs on here who call you a hater of daniels if you prefer to see Nuss play. it is possible to respect and appreciate what JD gives to the program AND prefer to watch another QB get a chance to play. why is this such a hard concept for these lamebrains to grasp?

JD has EARENED the right to start this game. Period. If it goes well maybe Nuss get some PT also. Only way JD doesn't start is if he is still injured. No debate needed.

There’s nothing hard to grasp about people wanting to see the back up QB. The backup QB being the most popular player has been a phenomenon for a long long time. What does seem hard for you to grasp is the only reason you’d prefer to see the back up QB is because you are dissatisfied with the the starting QB or you are related to the back up

JD5, but would rotate in the other guys if the need arose. This is basically a post-season exhibition game.
