No 1 single player had as big an impact on every game like Tyrann did. Imagine this team with a dynamic punt returner able to take it to the house every time.

If you're going to go this route Patrick Peterson would be a better choice

Better in coverage and just as dangerous on punt returns. Against any random team I'd take Mathieu. Against this crop of receivers if I'm taking someone in the secondary it's either Claiborne or Peterson. Both are much better coverage guys.

While we're going with linemen I think Trai Turner is a name that is worthy of discussion. He could really help us control the interior of their front.

We don’t have a pass rush with big guys because of Aranda schemeing. We have 5 DBs on the field a lot. They clog the middle and we send a a LB and/or safety on a blitz. Will be more of the same this game. We are deep deep deep at DB/safety.

The problem against Alabama has always been LSU scoring points.

Jamarcus improves the passing game for sure but I think our WR's are more of the hold up than our QB.

The most appropriate is
1995 Independence Bowl James Gillyard.

MSU had a Backup tackle in the game and Gillyard, in front of his home town crowd, abused that kid to sack Nick Saban's Quarterback 3 times.
