Yes. I think there would be a considerable amount of donors willing to add more money in NIL and the transfer portal than what even McMahon will get in the offseason

Yes.

In 11 seasons as a HC he’s never had a losing season and has finished in the top three of his conference 9 of 11 seasons.

The only times he failed to reach the NCAAT were his two seasons at Chattanooga (a one bid league); his first season at LSU (pre-portal) and, when the tournament was canceled in 2020. He tied the NCAA record last year for the biggest single season turnaround, then reached the NCAA Tournament again this season…at a previously awful program.

Whatever Power 5 school ends up with WW is going to be very good. The guy was born to coach in the NIL era. If we had got him 4 years later than we did we would be very good.

How far out are schedules set? Because WW knew how to schedule like a mf. He knew the ins and outs of RPI, NET etc and what “small” schools would finish the year strong in their conference.

I still get a laugh watching this shite.

Yes. There would be an incredible energy and hype around the program. Fans would be on board and selling out the stadium with season tickets. This would be a destination for high profile recruits.

Maybe but we'd be in contention and 100% would be in next year

He just might need one year to recruit

Odd. I was told prior to this season it would take 3 years to rebuild. Now I hear it is 4.

Don’t know don’t care, Will Wade is never coming back LSU

I thought he was a good coach at LSU wish he was never fired, but not gonna spend my time worrying about him

Yes, absolutely, but too many here are tired of WW posts and get irritated upon them. This thread will turn nasty.

It's not even about Wade at this point. Just hire someone who can win to replace this limp noodle.
