well, obviously you don't know anything about football.
1. you don't have a legit defense with only 3 good players. a good oc will take care of that (and before you tell me about how bad gary is, look what he's done in his 3 bowls here.
2. i was very worried about washington. you don't upset people with a great defense, you upset teams with a great offense. if you can't score you wont win, that was the problem with washington, their qb was very good and underrated.
3. now the only way to lose is to beat ourselves. or if the conditions are terrible, like the penn st game last year. well, jj dont throw pics, takes sacks, but dont throw pics, to a fault almost. and it's in a dome, so no weather.
i'm more worried about miss st. much more worried about miss st.

UNC has a very legit defense, and it's offense is no worse than LSU's. The defense may be more talented than the Tigers. UNC has had some decent skill position players since Butch got there on offense.

Meh, the only schools they beat by more than 2 touchdowns were Citadel, GA Southern, and Boston College. Only one of those teams is even in Division 1.
They had a weak arse schedule against weak arse competition. We are going to smack them in the mouth and kiss their mommas.

don't let the rankings fool you....their offense is WAAAYYY worse than LSU's.
im not saying its going to be an easy win, but it won't be because of their offense.

Not really. There offense is no worse than LSU's. You just have the P&G shade to taint your view. You may want to go back and review LSU's offensive play during the last season. LSU just has more potential but is hampered by a shitty game plan and poor offensive coaching. I would argue that their defense is better as well.

I certainly predicted a close game against UDub last year unlike 90% of the fanbase. Have predicted the last 4 BCS NCG participants and nailed the final record for last season before LSU played one game.

UNC has 4 projected NFL high draft picks, at the minimum. Their defense is more sound than LSU's. They finished 6th in total defense last season. Yeah, not legit.
This is beginning to look a lot like pre UDub last season. I was at that game, there were a lot of upset folks after that game. No 30 point win.

i can't really argue with that....but i watched some UNC games last year and they have nothing...no talent or coaching. Our offense was hampered by our OC being a pussy but the talent and potential have always been there...UNC has none of that...its like a trainwreck. UW's offense is much, much better.
Their defense has much better individual players at certain positions but im not sure they play as well as a unit. They got smoked every time they played an offense that was worth a damn.

They padded their stats against patsies. Im at work so i can't look it up but check out the stats against teams that had a decent offense.

That is subjective and open to interpretation..You could say the same for LSU's defense. Though UF didn't score a lot, they had almost 500 yards.
UNC's worst games last season, defensively were against FSU, GT and NC State and Clemson (an OT loss) Their defense gave up 50 fewer YPG than LSU's. They were 8-5, 4-4 conference, lost to PITT in their bowl, though they only gave up 19 pts in the game.
They are legit. Not awesome. People claiming this isn't a legit defense are making a fool of themselves.

Don't get me wrong...i know they're legit. I just don't think they are the world beaters some are making them out to be....and i don't think it'll be enough to make up for their offense.

Remains to be seen. I think this will be a 19-17 type of game with the two inept offenses, though I think LSU will ultimately win.

Before you start attacking others for not knowing as much as you, try to know something yourself.

UNC finished 6th in total defense. Their whole team is basically returning. I have proved I know more than you in this...and pretty much every other thread you participate in. Not bragging, its not that difficult to know more than you.

ULL was a top 10 rushing team in the NCAA 2 yrs ago. That didn't mean shite either.
Any team or player can look great in the stats, but when u look at who they played you get a true idea of their ability.
For someone making 800 post a month, you don't know much about football stats or anything else.
Because you post a lot, it don't mean you know a lot.
When you get past college football 101, we can talk again.
