Had it in highschool, very hard to walk. Gel soles and stretches every night. They now have a brace that keeps your foot slight pointed upwards to relieve the pain

Could y'all explain how the spread works for the LSU game today? LSU is -3.5 and +105 in the spread. Kinda new to this just wondering how it all works
