The problem with firing Miles is we replaced him with an unqualified head coach that nobody else wanted. We will be lucky if O goes 9-3 every year.

Because we wouldn't have won our division again under Miles because (1) he continues to run when our opponents stack the box to stop the run, and (2) Miles never could develop a QB because he made them so paranoid of turnovers that they couldn't throw a pass.
We'll have to see if O can do better. As far as I'm concerned the Jury is still out, but there are some encouraging signs. ...But it was time for Miles to go.
