We better get a return game to Provo. Make this a H and H series. Don't pull an Alabama on us.

Playing in Houston already amounted to a Louisiana home game I don't think it would make a huge difference

Not "choosing" to move to Louisiana. Unfortunate circumstance is "forcing" the hand.

By not wanting to leave your state or the SEC comfort zone, who is really the pussy, Poncho?

Look, Poncho's a tard. That, I'll grant you.

But Houston is already, to all intents and purposes, an SEC site and given the alumni base there, LSU territory. What are you really losing by going to the Superdome?

Lookit, we're not Florida, we leave the friendly confines regularly and more often than not start the season with a non-FCS opponent. So don't lump us in with the UF's and TAMU's (OOC: Rice, Sam Houston State, etc).

Houston is within the friendly confines. Is a SEC base and is just as much a LSU town as Texas or TAMU. It's not like it changes things moving it to the Dome.

ETA: sorry Godfather1, just damn near parroted you.

You do know Florida is playing Michigan at Jerry World to start their season, right?

I do, but an aberration doesn't discount their history of trying to stay in-state.

Fact of the matter they have some good opponents in-state in Miami and FSU but that doesn't change the fact they don't like leaving the state of FL historically. They threw a hissy about having to travel to TAMU their first year in the SEC, so that one game doesn't change history.

ETA: and why do you want to shite on any opportunity to talk shite about the Jorts? c'mon man.

It doesn't matter where they play. Play in Utah or Louisiana, your going to get your arse kicked. We ain't Portland State.

You realize your administration is involved in the negotiations, right? If the game gets moved to La then they had a part in deciding that was the right course of action.

Will LSU give refunds for the tickets that have been purchased for the game in Houston?
