Probably not, but then again, my alma mater had a string of all-american QBs one after another so anything is possible?
Trevor would do just fine in the SEC West, you can't say that any of the other QBs (aside from Joe Burrow (and even that could be debated) are better QBs, Trevor is just a gen...
