That’s it.

No reason .....regardless what happened Saturday in Gainesville if LSU can beat #2 team in country that true fans of LSU won’t give the man props and respect.

He’ll have earned it.

If the question was one of disrespect you’d have a point.

Furthermore if we lose you’ll have same opinion as you do currently..... so there’s that.

Stop this. Be better.

quote:

‘No True Scotsman’ Fallacy
Explanation

The no true scotsman fallacy is a way of reinterpreting evidence in order to prevent the refutation of one’s position. Proposed counter-examples to a theory are dismissed as irrelevant solely because they are counter-examples, but purportedly because they are not what the theory is about.
Example

The No True Scotsman fallacy involves discounting evidence that would refute a proposition, concluding that it hasn’t been falsified when in fact it has.

If Angus, a Glaswegian, who puts sugar on his porridge, is proposed as a counter-example to the claim “No Scotsman puts sugar on his porridge”, the ‘No true Scotsman’ fallacy would run as follows:

(1) Angus puts sugar on his porridge.
(2) No (true) Scotsman puts sugar on his porridge.
Therefore:
(3) Angus is not a (true) Scotsman.
Therefore:
(4) Angus is not a counter-example to the claim that no Scotsman puts sugar on his porridge.

This fallacy is a form of circular argument, with an existing belief being assumed to be true in order to dismiss any apparent counter-examples to it. The existing belief thus becomes unfalsifiable.

If you're going to use it, at least try not to ACTUALLY use "No True LSU Fan."

But I'm seeing how UGA is overrated and hasn't played anyone yet, so we should beat them by 2 scores. Which is it?

Only if the goal is to make it slightly harder to see the same fallacy.

Are you still melting about people not crowning your hero?

Coach O is a failure. He will be a failure no matter what happens Saturday. You idiots basing your opinion week to week are a joke. If you couldn't watch that game Saturday and see with your own eyes where this staff stands in regards to other staffs, well you deserve what is coming our way.

It's going to get worse from here, not better.

Its funny because no matter what he does, he'll never get your respect.

If they win against georgia, youll just say well to get respect he needs to beat bama.

Or to get respect he needs to win a championship.

You'll keep moving the bar.

Agreed.

Name one big win for Ed. Don’t say a 4 loss Auburn or an Auburn that beat So. Miss by 9

Safe to say that they haven't played anyone yet either, especially on the road.
And they are about to face 4 tough games in a row. About to find out if they are really #2 team in the country.

quote:

I don’t know if they’re the #2 team in the country, but they are definitely not the same team they were last year due to lots of departures & graduation.
quote:

They have played nobody and will be exposed this weekend We have more talent and it will show We will be back at #5 this time next week 34-23 LSU

That's just one thread. There's plenty more if you bother opening your eyes.

Jury is out on Miami, but if a win over a 4 loss Auburn is his best that’s not good enough.

Beat Georgia or Alabama then he has won something legitimate

I don't hate him. I think he is a bad coach in over his head.

But continue on with your own set of facts. What your crowd doesn't seem to understand is it's all right there in front of him.

Realist, like myself, know a dog when we see one.

Keep trying though.

Judging things by 1 game outcomes is retarded.

Real simple.
