If Miles' relationships were consensual what's the issue?

I have no issue if he had consensual sex with an adult. If he propositioned an adult and they said no and he didn't bother them anymore then that is okay.
If it's between consenting adults and he stopped asking after an adult said no or did not express mutual interest then what is the issue?
If there is no evidence that he retaliated against an adult who said no or did not express mutual interest then there is no issue.
If CLM continued pursuing a relationship after an adult said no or clearly expressed no interest then that is an issue.

In a vacuum, yes. But the fact that this occurred in a work environment between a coach and an intern is an important “piece” that I think you’re overlooking

Sounds like at least one of them was a student athletic trainer on the football team. He was in a position, they were not. As the big boss in 99.9% of corporations you can't date and certainly not harass the help.

It was alleged that he kissed one of them twice (though he denied it). I imagine that is where the harassment issue comes in because if it was reported, then it doesn't sound like it was consensual.

"Who cares"? I do pray that you never have a daughter put in this coed's position, I really do. And if you knew anything about sexual harassment, which you obviously do not, it's more often the mental trauma that messes up a female's mind for yrs later.
