Would it be a bigger upset than losing to Troy?

Troy is currently 8-2 and on top of the Sunbelt Conference.

Tenn. is 4-6 and winless in the SEC.

No, but Yaw would lose a lot of goodwill he's built on here since the Auburn win... A LOT.

If Tennessee was coming to LSU, I think it would be a fair statement. A road conference game gets a bit of a boost, even if Tennessee is completely punchless at this point and would probably lose to Troy more often than not this year.

I don't know, but it will get really ugly in here fast if that happens. When Mizzou beats you 50-17, you've got major problems.

No. Tenn has SEC caliber talent. Troy doesn’t.

Losing to an SEC team with SEC talent is no where near as tough to endure as losing to anyone from the Sunbelt.

Troy, on their best day should not compete with, much less defeat LSU. Tennessee on their best day can compete and that can lead to an upset.

I think so but the media wouldn't. They don't get the psychology of overlooking a surprisingly good team that actually has multiple NFL prospects. Shoot, they're 8-2 and would match up well and beat a bunch of ranked schools.

Eye opening to me was their smashing of Coastal Carolina, who missed knocking off Arkansas by a point.

If we lose to any SEC opponent, we are angry. If we lose to a non-P5 opponent, we talk about it for generations...
