If everyone knew how good Wisconsin turned out to be that year would Les still have been fired?

They were a legit 10 win team that year. Our fambase just assumes we're better than everyone not named Alabama.

Nope.

Just another example of Alleva’s pure ignorance and being influenced by media and fans.

Everyone talks about the offensive struggles under Miles and the rejuvenation under O but that Wisconsin defense was easily the closest defense to Alabama we faced and we doubled up our yardage in that game vs the game against Bama and scored 14 to the 0 in November.

That was also a de facto road game instead of at home.

And it was with Harris instead of Jennings, which is the decision that probably cost us the game and Les his job.

Wisconsin has a damn good program and it's been in place for quite a few years. And you're right about the LSU fanbase about believing we're more talented and better than any other program in America with the exception of a couple of schools like Bama or maybe Clemson.

Not all the fans feel that way, but it sure seems like a vast majority of the people on the rant feel that way.

Alleva needs to be fired asap. In my opinion anyway.

I've always felt that after the shitshow that ended the 2015 regular season, from the team losing 3 straight games to Alleva not giving Miles any public support and the rumors of a coaching change, affected the way Miles and the team performed during the month of September 2016.

The beginning of the Wisconsin game, it sure looked like Miles and company was trying to establish a passing game, but Harris couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. And I for one, believe the pressure was too much for Harris to overcome.

He wasn't an All-American quarterback during the 15 season, but I thought he played some pretty good football that season, up until the November collapse the team had.

Between Miles and Cameron trying to implement a more potent passing attack, and perhaps Harris putting too much pressure on himself to get the job done, cost them all their jobs, in my opinion.

His last year we went in as odds on favorite to win the SEC and ranked #4 in the country. We thought we could win it all. That’s way more excitement then hoping to win 10 games.

Yea yea yea.....and remind me again how that worked out?

I went into every season after 1/9 waiting for Les to go full retard and he never disappointed me even once.

No...as a matter of fact its not. But its hilarious to me that people still want to take that painful trip back down memory lane with Les....as if things were exponentially better then.

Really? And we did that with regularity after 1/9? Were national contenders and one of the top 5 programs in the country?

Your butthurt is on complete display for all to see today.

It had been three years since he did that when Alleva tried to oust him the first time.

He fixed it on 1/9/12 so my expectations are never high any more. Kinda “you get what you get, and don’t be upset” since then.

I'd be excited for an LSU football season if Barney the dinosaur was the HC. And all of you should be too.
