1. You’re the moron who can’t fricking count.

2. He’s retired. He’s a 64 year old man who is being 4+ millions to do nothing.

And that was an error in judgment to put most or all of your eggs in one basket in akers, just like O did with surtain. By the way, akers (5'11" 213) is more of a between the tackles runner than etienne and a little more stocky build than etienne(5'11" 200)

He was being paid more than that to do the same thing while he was here.

You seem proud that he's fking the school out of $4 mill for nothing.

Actually he was being paid the same, and won a frick ton of games.

Our current coach is getting paid 3.5 million to let Dave Aranda run the defense. the only part of our team that works. Do you know a 3.5 million dollars Recruiting coordinator?

You may have misinterpreted my response. I always felt that Les was a moron and his “came in second” was a chicken shite and petty avoidance of the reality that we lost.
Miles was fortunate that Frank Wilson convinced Him to recruit Tyrann Mathieu.

For this season...none of you douche nozzles have the slightest clue what will work on offense and what won't.

But by all means, keep melting like little whiny bitches!

Let's not talk about a coach that no one wants to hire because we have one right now as our HC. I'm now Les lover either but facts are facts.

How many schools wanted to hire O? I know he publicly asked for a shot at the Syracuse job and they wouldn’t even interview him.

I'm not saying O is the answer. I am pointing out a fact. Miles wants to be a coach, and after the job he did at LSU, no one wants to touch him.

Why don’t you tell us all the 64 yr old coaches who have been hired since Miles was relieved?

“ Miles wants to be a coach”

You mean as opposed to drawing $133,000 a month from LSU while he watches his kids play sports?

You do understand that as part of his buyout agreement from LSU he has to make a good faith effort to seek employment. That doesn’t mean he has to take any job available, just that he has to make noise as if he wants a job.

Miles has to look for a job under the buyout.

He also doesn’t have to take any job he is offered.

If you were gonna make the same amount of money either way, would you take a job?

We wouldn't have an OL, DL, QB or LBers. We would probably have some TEs to block, WRs to run a 9 route, a big RB or two, Surtain with a handful of top DBs to go with him and a decent FB.

Would you think we had a chance with that type of team? If so I guess you would be excited.

I'm excited about this year without him that's for sure!!!

That's exactly what DCs are hired to do. If I'm the HC and have to run the defense, I sure as hell wouldn't hire that DC. HCs don't run the offense and defense. Plus no one would mess with what Aranda has proven works.

Man you morons are getting desperate! Man I hope O either gets fired, beats bama and or gets to a playoff game quick. You people have lost your tops over this.

It isn’t about the coach. I need to see a quality product on the field before I will be excited about LSU football again. I will remain forever hopeful otherwise.
