That’s how you end up in jail for perjury. Even if Wade did nothing wrong, the feds love to take multiple versions of things you said and once they find an inconsistenty charge you with perjury. Do not recommend.

All three of your options equals Will Wade getting fired. Do you not think that Alleva knows ALL of the details. Wade's best move for retaining his job though rests in your option #2. As an attorney I used to tell clients who were at fault or had violated the law to tell me the truth because that was the only way I could competently help them. Lies beget more lies and then you begin contradicting yourself.

The curtain has been pulled back on Wade and it’s him who is in the crosshairs. It’s all going to come out. Wade lost the PR battle with the national pundits a while back. That ship has sailed
The NCAA could make Wade a sacrificial lamb. They could look the other way. I think the narrative against LSU could be far worse if Wade were not suspended. Does that matter? Probably not in the long run.

I suspect that Alleva knows a lot of what is going on or rather what went down. It's his job to know which cemetery the bodies are in ...... he probably needs Wade to fill him in on the location of the headstones and what is buried with the bodies.

I think Wade is toast no matter what, I think Alleva and the board need more information so as to know or prepare for how drastic the sanctions will be. That is where Wade comes in, and it will be in his best long term interests to talk to them if he ever wants to coach in any capacity in college again.

No, they won't hire him because even though he's a good coach he will be seen as a program killer, a guy who will have the NCAA nosing around 20 seconds after he is hired, no on will want to take that chance. If he does not talk to Alleva, no matter whom else is listening, that will be his fate
