If either start there's going to be a lot of money lost to those that bet the over on LSU's season win total.

Really? What team does he play for and what school does he attend?

It does suck a little bit. But, he absolutely had every opportunity to *the guy". He got to watch Joe do it for two full seasons. He got to learn from one of the greatest to ever do it at the college level. He may not have been as good as Joe, but, he easily could of taken the leadership role Joe had within the program. If he truly wanted it, he could've had it and he could have shown BK that he had what it took to be on that kind of level. He just didn't seem to want it as bad as Nuss for example. Nuss you can tell wants it, that bad. And I bet BK sees it. It's too bad, maybe he let his fans down a little bit. Joey B was his mentor, what else could you possibly ask for. He was on that team, he saw how everybody responded to Joe. He could've done it too.

While I want the best QB, whoever that may be to be out there and lead our Tigers to victory. I hope Myles wins just so it can shut your dumb arse up and make you look silly.

So with the scrimmage being open to the media what if BK did not want Fla.St to be aware of who the starter could be and it's actually MB?

Getting your starter reps is vastly more important that concealing the starter for week 1. This is stupid

After watching the BK media clip it’s pretty evident what Kelly wants. I believe he is just seeing what Nuss and Daniel’s brings to the table by letting them run with the ones. He knows what He has in Miles.

Why? He's been given opportunity after opportunity to step up and take the reins and never has. He obviously doesn't have the stuff.

When Saban was here he started Marcus Randall his senior year his senior year because Randall had paid his dues.

Lol. No he started Randall because Jamarcus wasn't ready. Even still Jamarcus played a lot.

I feel bad too. There is a decent chance he would have been the starter by the end of last year had he not gotten injured.

Can’t wait until it’s week 8 with Nuss/Daniels starting every game and you guys chiming in with a “yeah I think we’re clearly just saving Miles for the home stretch. No need to waste him for the schedule we’ve had so far, he’ll be starting next week for sure”

So a guy who hasnt played in 2 years for a new coach and you claim said new coach knows what he has in myles.

Such a dumb take.

the coaching staff has seen the QBs all through spring and now into fall camp.

A competent coach can tell, pretty quickly, what a player has. It doesn't take months and months of analysis. It's usually evident pretty fast.

Whomever starts will be good enough to win 7 or 8 games.
All three were ranked about the same coming out of high school and they all seem to be very close in the competition.

I wanted to be like Matt Mauk growing up. I’m an LSU boy. I should be able to start too :(

it astounds me that people actually believe this.

Each player is unique and different. Just watching Burrow for a year doesn't mean Brennan (or any other backup) can do it too, whether physically or mentally.

You still need to build up timing and a rhythm with your WRs.

Daniels has never played with these guys. Brennan hasn't played with them in over a year. Either one would seem to need to do the extra work to get to know where Boutte, Jenkins, Nabors etc actually are, where they catch it, what they like etc.

Seems that this happened with Daniels, but I haven't heard it happening with Brennan.
