How much grace does he get? Who on here would be done with him for good?

I would say another 8-5 year regardless has him smack dab on the Hotseat of being fired and would be surprised if he is here a 5th year.

Has he had an 8-5 year? Bowl games counted already?

Not a chance of him being “on a hot seat”. Too much money in the table and trolls like you won’t put up anything anyway.

What makes the first game any more relevant than the 5th as far as importance of winning goes?

I have never understood why people here melt down over just another game

Had they beat USCw they would have been in the thick of consideration. However, had they finished the TAMU and UF games, they would have been in the playoffs. A win over UF, they would have been ahead of Bama for a playoff consideration…
SEC games matter more IMO.

I will have you know that Brian Kelly is still keeping receipts. And he’s not afraid to keep yours either after reading a post like this. So just beware.

Let's say Clemson is ranked number 5 and LSU ranked 15/16. LSU loses by a field goal. You saying you are done with BK for losing to a higher ranked team on the road bc it is the 4th season opener he lost?

If the team is blown out and not prepared, I would be worried. If it is a close loss I would not be concerned. To ask these questions in December when the roster is still taking place is crazy. You have already made up your mind and seeking validation from others.

The major issue I have and I probably speaking for the majority on this site it’s the fact that his teams are not ready to play they go out there at look fricking lost and special teams the last four years has been a disaster to start the season it’s just really disappointing that you wait all summer listening to how good he says this team is and got top rated lineman saying how good they are and end up getting there shite stomped in

Tired of the bull shite being straight up lied to when coach says team is ready to go and they shite the fricking bed been seeing it for the last 5 years

What if they win out after that- will you come back?

Last year was tough. I was at the UF game and it was bad.

But the fam and I didnt put our gear away after that game

It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish. I’m fine us losing the first game every season if we finish strong.

Too much good news since the transfer portal commits started rolling in so now y'all have to start melting about next year's opening game.

Nothing will be done. Ride out the season and see what happens. Would I be pissed? Yes but the season isn’t over with an opening loss. Hell you can lose to northern Illinois and still get in.

And they’d be the same team they wound up being, which means that if they had gotten in, they’d have bounced right back out in the first round.

USC didn’t keep LSU out of the playoffs. LSU kept LSU out of the playoffs.

So if LSU drops the first game to Clemson and goes 11-1 you are done with CBK?

With the contract he has, he's safe as long as he wins 9 games. We don't have the buyout money.
