I think we might see a 2 Qb system next season. Even if Brennan starts, I think you'll see special packages and plays for Narcisse to keep defenses guessing.

I have a feeling he will start as well. I'm not basing this on anything other than him being a threat with his legs. Having a true dual threat QB in college gives an OC a lot more options than a pocket passer. I could be completely wrong but it's just my gut feeling.

A smart dual threat who is an accurate passer is dangerous in the SEC. Not just a guy who can run. It's still yet to be seen if Narcisse can make accurate passes and read defenses.

they just need to be better developed

I cant say I disagree. I think in the next 2 years, we will have some solid play at the WR position. Not as flashy as years past, but solid and dependable.

With MB at QB Coach Canada will throw the ball 40+ times a game.. Most of you guys have no idea of Brennan’s real talent, abilities, quality of QB skills and leadership prowess..and he can scramble when necessary but always looking to throw down field! Most of you have never seen him play live before he showed up on the LSU campus. When you speak of his minimal play this year mostly what is talked about are the (2) ints or his weight. Of which neither one have anything to do with what you are about to see when he runs this offense next year. In his senior year of HS he threw over 55 tds to 2 ints and did not throw a single INT at all in the regular season. That’s hard to do even in back yard football! So just sit back, relax and watch the show. Don’t forget he beat out Jake Fromm at the Nike Opening in Oregon and won the accuracy competition. MB has skills!

He better learn the offense quick then. At the last game of the season he still looked lost out there. I know he's not getting as many reps as Danny at QB but com'on need to know at least 50% of the playbook.

Not necessarily a bad thing

Yeah, well if we turn into a Big 12 offense you can bet Aranda isn't going to want to stick around very long.

Give me a break, the Catholic League isn't exactly the SEC and the few times he played he couldn't escape the rush and looked to be quite a bit slower than Danny Etling.

Anyway, Narcisse is bigger, stronger, and faster than Brennan and a hell of a lot better athlete. Look for Narcisse to be the starter next season with Brennan as his backup.

I agree. If he is accurate with his passes and knows the offense then there really is no reason why he wouldn't start over Brennan.

What was the last pass first team to win a championship, either in the SEC or Nationally?

We know MB has a strong arm and can chunk it deep. If MB can combine intermediate passes along with the deep balls, then we can do pretty much whatever we want. Only time will tell.
No clue as to MB's accuracy or decision making yet....

If Canada stays ... Yes we will be able to throw the mid field crossing routes and deep throws with more success but he will not necessarily be as error free that Etling was this year.
